Duke of Newcastle to transmit
to you for the consideration of the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury the enclosed copy of a despatch from the Government of Hong Kong forwarding the Ordinance No. 7 of 1863 "To apply an Sum not exceeding Seven thousand Dollars to the Public Service of the Year 1864,"
together with the Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure for the same year.
His Grace would recommend these Estimates, and the ordinance, for the approval of the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury.
